Confirmation

Your Appointment has been scheduled. You will receive an email at the email address provided with further instructions, and a link so you can ask questions, voice concerns, or request additional information.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so by requesting it through the chat link provided in you confirmation email. Click on the cancel link your confirmation email, then schedule another appointment by sending an email to carlisleartisans@gmail.com or by calling 617-433-9852.

Please Note: Email is not preferable if you need quick turn around. Any request made before 10 am may have delays in being answered. All chat messages are answered by a real person. All chat conversations are deleted upon cancellation of an appointment. Chat conversations are stored on a server that is private. Only members of the Carlisle Artisans who have been given access to the chat, can see the chat. The person who made the appointment may request the chat be deleted at any time, a deleted chat can not be recovered. The chat feature is provided as a convenience, if you do not agree with the terms outlined above, please do not use the chat.
